  • I currently only offer virtual therapy sessions for clients located anywhere in Georgia.

  • I work with teens, college students, and adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, trauma, depression, life transitions, and other challenges that can arise during stressful or uncertain seasons of life. If you’re unsure whether what you’re experiencing “counts,” feel free to reach out — we can talk through it.

  • I offer self-pay sessions at:

    $150 for a 55-minute session

    $125 for a 45-minute session

    A limited number of sliding scale spots are available. I can also provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.

  • Yes. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call if you’d like to briefly connect and see if we’re a good fit before scheduling a full session.

  • The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to work on, and what feels most helpful for you. You don’t need to prepare anything ahead of time — we’ll start wherever you are.

  • I do not accept EAPs but am happy to offer a sliding scale fee.

  • I do not accept Medicare or Medicaid but am happy to offer a sliding scale fee to reduce the financial burden of therapy.

  • You may cancel appointments in advance without charge, as long as I receive notice far enough in advance. I am also more than happy to reschedule if you would rather not miss a session.

    • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice before session will be charged a $75 fee.

    • Appointments cancelled less than 2 hours notice of session or no notice (no-show) will be charged $100.

    • If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the session start time, the session will be considered a no-show and will be charged.
